Short Description

The lathe series logo_new_solution owing to application of innovative mechanical solutions combined with the advanced control and programming systems guarantees efficient roughing and finish-machining. Design of the lathe is supported on rigid bed provided with hardened guideways fully supported on foundation and a rear chips spout. The design of the referred massive lathes features solutions ensuring favorable vibration damping and outstanding rigidity. The effect covers high accuracy, repeatability and excellent finish of surfaces treated providing reliability. The wide range of accessories enables further increase of machining efficiency.

1 General features of the machine

1.1           four-guideway bed cast of cast iron of advanced mechanical properties, standardized, suitably ribbed, supported on foundation along the entire length (on the leveling wedges);

1.2           longitudinal carriage travelling along two guideways ensuring perfect precise guidance and collision-free operation with steadies and a tailstock;

1.3           guideways of the bed and of the carriage hardened to hardness of minimum 45 HRC;

1.4           travel of longitudinal and transversal carriage provided with anti-friction materials and aided with central lubrication;

1.5           body of a headstock cast of cast iron of advanced mechanical properties;

1.6           spindle supported on bearings of advanced accuracy class;

1.7           all shafts and gear wheels are carburized, hardened and grinded
