Short Description


The machine tool series logo_new_solution is provided with equipment enabling drilling and boring of holes up to 8000 mm length due to use of high efficient special tools. The machine tool is purposed for processes requiring long holes drilling and boring. MACHINING APPLICATION W10-120 CNC drilling machine is applied to perform long holes. The effective values and durability of the  machine tool are guaranteed due to use of driving systems and control systems verified in operation.

1 General features of the machine

1.1           two-guideway bed cast of cast iron of advanced mechanical properties, standardized, suitably ribbed, supported on foundation along the entire length;

1.2           cast iron guideways of the bed hardened to hardness of minimum 45 HRC;

1.3           drilling tailstock lined with anti-friction materials and aided with central lubrication, which travels along two guideways ensuring perfect precise guidance;

1.4           body of a headstock cast of cast iron of advanced mechanical properties;

1.5           spindle supported on bearings of advanced accuracy class;

1.6           all shafts and gear wheels are carburized, hardened and grinded;

1.7           pressure head to feed coolant for drilling on to an independent plate;

1.8           damping steadies for tool rods to eliminate vibrations occurring at drilling;

1.9           hydraulic system provided with 10000 l tank to produce a jet of coolant for drilling.
